About Our Products
What types of packaging does UNI-PACK manufacture?
Four main lines: (1) Carton boxes 3, 5, 7-layer with flexo printing; (2) Poly bags PE, PP, OPP, zipper; (3) Offset printed boxes 4 – 6 color on duplex, ivory, kraft paper; (4) Paper pallets and garment trims.
Do you accept custom specifications?
Yes. We design and produce based on customer technical drawings, or provide free consultation for customers without ready specs.
About Ordering and MOQ
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Reference: standard carton from 500 units, multi-color flexo carton from 2,000 units, plain poly bag from 10,000 units, offset printed box from 1,000 units. Flexible per customer.
Can we order samples before committing to large orders?
Yes. UNI-PACK accepts sample production of 100 – 500 units so customers can test before committing to volume orders.
How long does it take to receive a quote?
Standard orders: quote within 24 hours. Orders with complex technical requirements (multi-color printing, custom specs): 48 – 72 hours.
About Production and Delivery
What is the typical production time?
Standard carton: 7 – 14 days. Multi-color flexo carton: 10 – 21 days. Poly bags: 7 – 14 days. Premium offset boxes: 14 – 21 days. Peak season Q3 – Q4 may add 5 – 7 days.
Where does UNI-PACK deliver?
Direct delivery within 300 km of Hung Yen. Beyond that, we coordinate with reputable logistics partners – logistics cost quoted separately per order.
What is UNI-PACK’s on-time delivery rate?
Q1 2026 hit 96.8% – exceeding our internal 95% target.
About Quality and Certifications
What certifications does UNI-PACK hold?
ISO 9001:2015 (quality management) and ISO 14001:2015 (environmental management). Available to support customers requiring FSC, BSCI, or other certifications on a per-order basis – please confirm with us in advance.
What does the UNI-PACK QC process include?
Three layers: (1) Raw material inspection – paper, ink, plastic resin; (2) In-process inspection – print accuracy, dimensions; (3) Final batch inspection before palletizing for delivery.
About Green Packaging
Does UNI-PACK produce environmentally friendly packaging?
Yes. We offer recycled carton paper, poly bags from recycled resin, biodegradable bags (BDP), and water-based inks that cut VOC emissions by 95%. See more in our Innovation section.
About Payment
What payment methods does UNI-PACK accept?
Bank transfer (VND, USD), L/C for export orders. New customers: 30% deposit on order, 70% before shipment. Long-term customers: payment per agreed credit terms.
Do you accept foreign currency (USD, KRW, EUR)?
Yes – primarily USD. KRW and EUR can be processed via partner banks; please discuss with our sales team.
